On the afternoon of December 27, 2019, Jiangsu Ocean University's School of Computer Engineering and Science convened a development symposium. The dean of the School of Computer Engineering and Science, Li Cunhua, the Party Secretary of the School of Computer Engineering and Science, Zhao Qianhua, the Vice Mayor of Lianyungang City, Yan Daolian, and various enterprise specialists as well as representatives from the School of Computer Engineering and Science attended the symposium. Qiao Bao, a native of Jiangsu Lian Yungang, was born in April 1984. He graduated from Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology and is currently the founder, CEO, and structural engineer of Sanzhong Science and Technology Group, as well as the founder of the Alphan Science and Technology Product Card.
